I see a lot of property each week, but rarely do I see a place that I truly love. Yesterday, I hosted an open house for Conor Scanlon, another Coldwell Banker agent. And oh, this Gold Coast 1-bedroom at 1450 N. Dearborn is it.
In between guests, I walked around, admiring the details. I’m a sucker for vintage, so this top-floor condo stole my heart: white trim, built-ins, high ceilings and hardwood throughout. It was updated, too — just look at the kitchen and bathroom.
The very best part is the giant walk-in closet in the bedroom. Carrie Bradshaw would most certainly approve.
