By now, I know what I like. It’s not shiny new construction or an immaculate high-rise. Some of those units are gorgeous, of course, but the heart wants what the heart wants: vintage.
I’ve taken two sets of buyers to this particular home in Lakeview. It’s a two-bedroom duplex down, located in a courtyard building. The place needs work, but imperfections aside, it’s brimming with character and charm. Listed at $325,000, there’s room to spend money on renovation.
So, who wants it?
