Real estate, I’ve learned, is a lot like life. There are good days and bad days, ups and downs, successes and failures. In one moment, I can be absolutely certain a contract will come together and sail through to closing — but the next, it all falls apart.
Even through the trials, 2015 ended up being an outstanding year for me. I have officially closed $5,000,000 in volume — a number I am infinitely proud of and grateful for. What’s more, I taught my first seminar, a sold-out class on how to buy a condo in the city. I also became the communications chair for the Women’s Council of Realtors Chicago Chapter and a committee member for the Professional Development Advisory Group at the Chicago Association of Realtors.
I now have a busy 2016 to look forward to, and I’ve got big plans. Most notably, I’ll be launching MSC MAG next month, an elegant display of my heart for writing and for serving my clients. Look for MSC MAG in your mailbox this February. I’ll be hosting a few more events, too, from seminars to networking nights.
2015 would have been nothing without my trusting clientele, loving family and supportive friends. Thank you so much for sticking with me. Here’s to another year.
