MSC MAG | February/March 2016

At the end of 2015, I had the idea for MSC MAG, a bi-monthly newsletter that would marry my love for writing and real estate. It was an ambitious plan — my contact list contains 300 addresses and 1,500 emails — but I was determined to make MSC MAG happen.

I worked on the concept in January and focused on production in February. The latter was a complex undertaking. On one Friday night in particular, I was at my office until 10 p.m. (On the up side, our conference room has killer skyline views.) I didn’t realize how long it’d take me to fold, label and seal 300 glossy sheets of paper — and formatting the digital version was another task entirely.

Last week, I finally brought MSC MAG to the post office. It hit mailboxes over the weekend, and shortly after, I sent out the email format. I couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out.
