I know Jenna as a smart professor, Snapchat aficionado (she taught me how to use geostickers in the back of a cab) and a treasured friend to many. Since July, I also know her as a homeowner.
This is a girl who knows what she wants. After just one day of showings, she was over-the-moon about a particularly sunny loft in the South Loop. I could see why. The condo offered a balcony with glorious skyline views and two large bedrooms. Plus, it’s a corner unit — windows, windows, windows. She was under contract within 48 hours.
I’ve been following (and creepily screenshotting) Jenna’s progress on Snapchat, from move-in day to renovations. She’s been putting in work — floors, paint, appliances — and making the space her own.
