In June, Katie closed on the cutest home — a loft in the West Loop, just a few blocks from Fulton Market. The condo is impossibly airy and open. It has French doors, a fireplace and a balcony — these are a few of my favorite things.
Katie had been renting down the street from here, so she knew she was in love with the neighborhood. We honed in on a building on Clinton Street, and when this particular unit came on the market, she jumped on it quickly. After yet another multiple offer situation, Katie went under contract.
To celebrate her purchase, I went with these sweet little glasses and a bottle of wine. Congratulations, Katie. It was such a pleasure to work with you.
