2021: Year in Review

2021 was the year my team got to be together again. 2021 was the year we laughed and cried. 2021 was the year we sold more real estate than ever before. 2021 was not easy, but it was a gift.

I’m thankful for it all: our clients who trusted us in an unprecedented market, our partners in photo and design and staging who made our sellers’ homes stand out, our go-to’s in lending and law who were patient with our first-time buyers, and of course, the women of Melanie Everett & Company.

Here’s what happened in 2021:

We closed $49,269,655 in sales with 117 transactions, far surpassing our goal.

Our M&Co. team grew when the lovely Beatriz joined in the spring.

I taught 15 webinars for first-time buyers and first-time sellers. Whew!

We raised $2,591 for Love, Jessica and matched contributions for a total donation of $5,182.

I surpassed $150 million in total career sales and celebrated my 7th anniversary in real estate.

I was honored to speak on a panel for the Chicago Association of Realtors’ Young Professional Network, be a guest contributor for CAR’s New Broker Training, and see my team featured in Chicago Real Producers.

We sponsored events benefitting Arts of Life, My Block, My Hood, My City, and Chicago Collegiate.

I have a lot of updates coming soon, and I cannot wait to share more with you all. But until then… Thank you for supporting Melanie Everett & Company in 2021, and here’s to 2022.
