It’s been eight Octobers since October 2014, when I officially launched my real estate career. I was so young and wide-eyed back then! Everything was new to me: learning how to communicate with clients, figuring out lead generation, and discovering who I was going to be in this crazy, competitive industry.
Every October, I spend some time reflecting on the past year. The ups! The downs. The hills and valleys. The highs and lows. All of it!
Though it had its challenges, my 8th year was one of the best. My company grew with the addition of Monica and Sarah. I grew as a leader, small business owner, and managing broker. M&Co. grew as we took care of our incredible buyers and sellers.
Here’s to my 9th year in real estate, serving the best city with the best team.
