I met Eliza in the lobby of her building on a rare rainy day in January. We had been emailing back-and-forth for a few weeks, and at last, it was time for me to meet her and tour her beloved condo in Lakeview — it just so happened to be located in one of my all-time favorite buildings.
As we rode up the elevator, Eliza shared her memories with me. She lived in this particular unit for a few years before moving into a townhome with her husband and newborn daughter. She’s been renting #4M out since then. Now, the time has come for her to sell her space.
