If I played favorites, my latest client would absolutely make the list. I met Camille in October, and after an initial consultation (and free pastries from Floriole), I knew she’d be a joy to work with.
I was not wrong. After touring a few houses across the city, Camille fell in love with a rehabbed frame house in Jefferson Park. Admittedly, so did I. The home was built in 1901 and had everything she wanted and then some. The kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, is perfect for her and her boyfriend to cook in — vegan recipes, of course. What’s more, the yard has enough grass for their pups to play.
Last week, she closed on her house, just in time for the holidays. I loved representing Camille and am so grateful for the chance to help her make this sale happen.
