Jenna attended SYWTBAC in the spring. I knew her from church, so after, I went up to her and gave her a big hug. Jenna was ready to begin her condo search, and in a matter of days, she was pre-approved and narrowing down listings.
It did not take long for us to find her Lincoln Park condo. We walked in, marveled at the expansive western view, and Jenna just knew she could see herself living in the bright space. It was completely remodeled with dark wood floors and a cute, updated kitchen — plus, the sight of the city lights in the evening was mesmerizing. Jenna went under contract, and then hustled to find a way out of her apartment lease.
Timing is never easy, especially when a first-time buyer is still tied to a lease. Somehow, it always works out, whether the client ends the lease early or finds a sub-letter. Thankfully, Jenna’s situation panned out perfectly.
Jenna treated me so sweetly throughout the entire process. I really loved working with her. She sent me a few photos of her condo (closing was in May!), and the decor is so her. And also, I think I need to go buy some plants now.
Congratulations, Jenna!
