Justyna

Justyna came to my condo seminar last spring, and we set up our initial consultation the very next day. She was eager, trusting and ready to get started. And so we did.

Alongside Justyna’s mom and sister, we toured a handful of one-bedroom condos across the north side of the city — some too old, some too cramped, some too off-the-beaten-path. But when we walked into a rehabbed condo on Roscoe Street, Justyna just knew. We wrote an offer, negotiated and signed off on a deal.

This home is just a block from the Southport Corridor, one of my favorites areas in the city. (J.Crew! Paper Source! Crosby’s!) Her condo is in a storied walkup — the inside, however, is completely new, from gleaming hardwood floors to imported bath tiles. It’s a beauty.

I loved working with Justyna, and I’m so proud of her. Buying your first condo is a really big deal, but Justyna handled the process with grace and kindness.

She texted me a few photos of her space. I must say — she did so well!
