A guest post by Candace McCutcheon

Kelly is the type of person that radiates positive energy from the moment you meet her. I knew working with her would be a joy just a few minutes into our buyer consultation last September.

Kelly wanted something unique. Something she could make her own. We began our Lincoln Park search touring a handful of properties and open houses that met her criteria. There was one in particular that we just kept coming back to. I had never really seen anything like it. Three levels of living and the grandest front room with picturesque two-story windows. It needed some TLC, but Kelly had a vision.

There was already an offer on the table. We strategized, submitted our best and final, and crossed our fingers. After an anxious 24 hours, we got confirmation — this was going to be Kelly’s home!

We spent the next few weeks exchanging design ideas, testing paint samples, and meeting with contractors. I was so excited to see this place come to life.

Since closing in October, Kelly has truly transformed this space. A master bath reno, fresh paint and her impeccable style make this home look brand new!
