Tim and Kelly attended So You Want to Buy A Condo in 2018. Shortly after, they set up a meeting with Melanie at a coffee shop for their initial consultation, and the search started quickly.
The couple took the road less traveled and began their search during the slower months in real estate (November and December). While inventory was a little lower, they still found a home that they instantly fell in love with. There was just one slight snag: Melanie was about to get married, and she didn’t expect Tim and Kelly to find something on that first tour day. She passed the torch to me, and I happily helped them move along in the process. (Thanks to the slower season, they were able to negotiate a great deal.)
Tim and Kelly closed on their incredibly spacious Wicker Park duplex in February 2019. Since then, they’ve painted, installed stunning new light fixtures, and brought new life to the home. I visited (Melanie came, too!) a few months after the sale to see how they were doing — not to mention hang out with their pup, Aria!
