Tim & Morgan began their search in the spring of 2022. These two were looking for their first home together & I was eager to help them find their dream home. We were on the hunt for a cozy condo with lots of light & a bit of outdoor space!
The hot spring & summer market had challenged us with plenty of competition. Thankfully, throughout the entire process, Tim & Morgan were positive, patient, and, overall, just great to work with. I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason & after a few tough multiple-offer situations, we found the right place in late June. It was lovely!
Their condo is nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street in West Town. So much sunlight drips through the Juliet balcony that overlooks Huron Street. It was hard not to picture settling down here; the condo already had the most charming finishes & unique updates. Not to mention a cozy patio — perfect for some R + R. It was only missing a few of Tim & Morgan’s touches to make it home! Tim & Morgan closed in late August and are still happily making this home their own.
Tim & Morgan: I am so excited for you to celebrate the holidays in your first home together! I can’t help but picture you two (in matching jammies) drinking hot chocolate in front of your stunning marble fireplace. Thank you for a peek into your home. It was a pleasure working with you & I cannot wait to see what the coming years have in store for you two!

How many homes did you look at before finding yours? 8
How did you know this was The One? They always say, “when you know, you know” and that’s true for homes, too. From the moment we turned down the street, we had a good feeling and when we walked in, it felt like home. As cheesy as it sounds, it just felt right.
What is the very best feature in your home? Definitely the bright living room with lots of natural light.
Which room do you spend the most time in? The living room.
Go-to restaurant in your neighborhood? Yuzu Sushi or Roots.
