Meet Caitlin & Hello, Hinsdale!
Another new agent has recently joined M&Co… Caitlin! I can’t wait to tell you all about her.
Caitlin and I both grew up in Hinsdale, IL, but we didn’t meet until 2021. At that time, she was selling real estate (and investing!) with a large brokerage firm. We connected over our shared love of design, real estate, and of course, Hinsdale. :) Right away, Caitlin struck me as someone who would be an absolutely amazing addition to M&Co. We kept in touch over the years until…
This summer, the stars aligned for Caitlin and I to work together! It all became official in August, and she started at M&Co. in September.
The addition of Caitlin is exciting on many levels. First of all, she is an incredible person with a knack for not missing details. Caitlin is relatable and kind — the first time we met for coffee, I felt like we had so! much! to talk about. She is the kind of agent who truly embodies the M&Co. brand.
Secondly, this addition is important because it represents my firm’s continued expansion into the Western Suburbs. Caitlin lives in Hinsdale, and if you know me, you know what a special place the village of Hinsdale has in my heart. This town is home. The feeling I have when I exit off 294 and onto the sweet streets of Hinsdale is second to none.
Caitlin was raised in Hinsdale as well, and after college and a few years in the city, she moved back with her husband to raise their family. Her Western Suburbs roots and first-hand experiences are hugely valuable when it comes to representing buyers and sellers in the area.
Caitlin will be serving not just Hinsdale, but many surrounding towns, too: Clarendon Hills, Western Springs, La Grange, Burr Ridge, Oak Brook, the list goes on.

Tell us about your home!
It is always changing! I am never done. As my tastes evolve, I find myself moving things around – changing art, fabrics, & other elements to get them just right.
What’s your favorite part of the listing process?
I love prepping & staging the home, & getting it looking its best!
What’s your favorite part of the purchase process?
Showings! Getting to see various homes in person helps me develop relationships with buyers & understand their needs, & also provides critical context to the market.
What does your perfect Saturday look like?
I would sleep in & bike to breakfast in town with my family. I'd host an open house in a beautiful home in town, & then spend my evening playing pickleball or having dinner with friends!
How would your clients describe you?
A good communicator, professional, & keen attention to detail.
Why M&Co?
I have admired Melanie for years for her drive, determination and sophistication. I love what she has created in this small but mighty boutique brokerage that has made buying and selling homes feel personal again.
