M&Co. offers complimentary classes & events for everyone: first-time home buyers, first-time sellers, fellow agents, our clients, & more.

We started teaching our signature first-time homebuyer class, So You Want to Buy a Condo, in 2015. It’s our most-attended offering, with 4,000 guests & counting. Since then, we’ve added So You Want to Sell a Condo, So You Want to Move to the Suburbs, & more.
