Sip & Shop with Patina Collection

On bustling Wells Street, you’ll find Patina Collection, a new-to-Chicago store that is absolutely stealing the hearts of residents, including mine!

Patina Collection comes to Chicago from Naples, Florida. It is a jewel box kind of store, filled with curated antiques and beautifully selected imported accessories. House Beautiful named PC one of the best home stores in America! When I heard they were opening in Old Town, I knew we needed to host an M&Co. event in the new shop. I reached out to the owner, and shortly thereafter, we had a date on the calendar.

On Saturday, April 13th, we invited friends and clients to come shop with us from 2-4 p.m. The sun was shining — we lucked out with one of the prettiest spring days yet! — and Wells Street was overflowing with people enjoying the weather. My team and I brought in coolers of white wine, rosé, and sparkling waters, and we spent those two hours chatting with guests and pouring cold drinks.

M&Co. x Patina Collection Matchbox

One of my favorite touches was our M&Co. x Patina Collection matchbox. We designed custom matchboxes for our events with Jayson Home and Vogue Vintage — the matchbox has become our go-to party favor. Of course, we needed to do it again for our sip and shop, this time with a fun and colorful twist. Sarah drew her interpretation of Patina Collection’s gorgeous center table. I am obsessed with the finished product!
