Justin & Taylor were eager to start their search and knew exactly what they wanted! At least 3 bedrooms, a nice kitchen, & room for hosting their friends & family. We saw a few places in Bucktown & Logan Square, but they were not the right fit. Ultimately, we decided to expand their search to East Village, & it definitely paid off. We found the perfect duplex in the coolest location!
Not only are they steps away from bustling Division, they have award-wining restaurants just down the street. Their new place is also perfect for entertaining with 2 outdoor spaces & the perfect family room – complete with a wet bar!

What is the very best feature in your home? Our porch that is set back & elevated for privacy, perfect for summer entertaining.

Go-to restaurant in your neighborhood? The Perch, Enoteca Roma… too many to name!
Share your fave memory in your home! 3 come to mind: 1. Finally having the space to have our families travel in & help us complete projects, including artwork, to make this our home, 2. Decorating our first home for the holidays & 3. Officially breaking in the wet bar with our closest friends for NYE!
