Luis & Sarah were on the hunt for a new home for their growing family. They needed space for an office, an updated en-suite, a yard for their pup to people-watch, & most importantly, room to grow! They found it in their modern Lakeview duplex-down.

Sarah & I have had friends in common since high school in Puerto Rico, but had yet to connect here in Chicago. She reached out on social media to let me know that she & Luis were ready to find a home, & we got to searching right away! It was the highlight of my day whenever we went on showings, & I had the best time getting to know them!
Once they shared the news that they were expecting, we knew Lakeview was the perfect place to grow their family. I was so excited that they wanted to stay in our shared neighborhood!
In terms of their search, Luis was in need of an office, Sarah wanted an updated en-suite, & Pepper (their pup) needed a nice outdoor space for people-watching. After looking at a few places, we found the one! This duplex-down had it all: a huge kitchen, modern updates, 2 outdoor spaces, & is steps from great restaurants & the best parks in the city. Not to mention, it had plenty of space to grow!
Since closing, Luis & Sarah have welcomed their beautiful daughter, Olivia. Their condo is full of life and love, and I’m so glad we had the chance to help them find the perfect place.

How many homes did you look at before finding yours? 10
How did you know this was The One? As soon as we arrived on the street, I knew it was the place. When we walked in it was even more clear. The layout was just what we needed to bring home our baby girl and start our family.
What is the very best feature in your home? I love the front patio but the big island in the kitchen overseeing the living room is my second favorite spot. I love looking over and seeing our daughter play.
Which room do you spend the most time in? Living room and the nursery.
Go-to restaurant in your neighborhood? Sapori Trattoria is our neighborhood go-to.
