We also decided to list this home privately — it was tenant-occupied at the time it was listed, so the sellers wanted to limit foot traffic in the home while still actively marketing it.

Home Preparation

This gorgeous home was already in great shape! Instead of waiting until the home was vacant, we were able to use the existing furniture mixed with some of our accessories to really make this home shine. Then, we brought in our photographer – he is skilled in maximizing room sizes, lighting, & more. The result was a stylish home that showed fabulously, without the cost of doing full staging.

In-House Marketing

We are passionate storytellers & master marketers. We wrote a transportive listing description, designed an eye-catching web page highlighting the home & the neighborhood (see it here!), & printed glossy flyers for private showings. Coupled with digital marketing elements – including a targeted email to top agents in the city – we were able to generate a ton of demand for this home.
