  • Expert communicator & relationship builder – in person, on the phone, & over email

  • Conducts business with the utmost integrity & honesty

  • Excited about lead generation & growing your own business

  • Comfortable with technology, including Gmail, Google Drive, CRM, DocuSign, & Zenlist/MLS

  • Have a car & are comfortable driving around clients when needed
