A Few Quick Questions for Krysta

What’s your favorite part of the listing process?

Photo day! When the hard work is put in by our clients & team to get the home prepped & shining in its best light, everyone is so proud & the home is glowing. It’s a happy day!

What’s your favorite part of the purchase process?

Seeing the smile on my client’s face walking out of “the one” & them saying, “Let’s go for it”! Then, coming up with our offer strategy to confidently put our best foot forward. The team collaboration & anticipation on that day is my favorite!

Tell us about your home!

I’m in a picturesque Chicago walk up courtyard building between Southport Corridor & Roscoe Village. I love color! You’ll find a lot of vibrant greens & blues in my space. I enjoy hosting & wanted my home to be a welcoming, cozy place for family & friends to visit.

What does your perfect Saturday look like?

Soaking up some morning sunshine & coffee on a walk with Poppy, showing off one of our listings & taking buyers out, followed by celebrating accepted offers over a slightly dirty martini at Gibson’s & falling asleep with a good historical fiction book.

How would your clients describe you?

Relatable, dependable & their biggest advocate.
