We’ll pore over similar properties & study current activity in your neighborhood to provide a detailed pricing recommendation, as well as thoughts on leveraging the public vs. private market – all tailored to your home, of course! 

Home Preparation

We include a complimentary consultation with our designer for each home we list. She’ll do a walkthrough of your space & provide you edits to help make your home shine. Then, we bring in our photographer – he is tremendously skilled in maximizing room sizes, lighting, & more.

In-House Marketing

We are passionate storytellers & master marketers. We’ll share the unique story of your home through our transportive listing description, bespoke print & digital marketing elements (all lovingly created in-house!), & maximum exposure across multiple platforms & markets.
