Melanie & Frank

A few days before Christmas this year, I received a call that Melanie & Frank wanted to look at a beautiful brick home in West Beverly. This was to my surprise – they already had plans to renovate their historic home in East Beverly, plus they had a baby on the way! As they say, “When you know, you know,” and after seeing this home for the first time, it was clear that this was the family home of their dreams. After some negotiations over the holidays, Melanie and Frank were under contract & secured this home for well under the asking price.

However, we still had a home to sell before we could celebrate! We listed their first home in short order. Despite listing in a slower winter market, we were under contract for the asking price after seven days and multiple offers. In just a few short weeks, Melanie & Frank would say a bittersweet goodbye to their starter home.

Their brand new home is an eye-catching 3-story, 4-bedroom, all-brick home tucked away just past the golfing greens of Ridge Country Club. Melanie, Frank & Baby Frances (did I mention Baby Frances came a month early & on moving day?!) closed in early February. They are enjoying their time nesting as a new family & are happily making this home their own. While Melanie has been busy furnishing the inside, Frank has wasted no time turning their garage into a state-of-the-art indoor gym.
