Tuco and Blondie x SYWTBAC

This fall has been a total whirlwhind. Between our shopping party, our collab with CGWW, and last week’s event at Tuco and Blondie, we have been busy at M&Co.

Tuco is a popular neighborhood restaurant in the Southport Corridor. It’s buzzy and friendly — and it made for the perfect backdrop for So You Want to Buy a Condo.

For this event, we spread the word through Instagram, newsletter, and word-of-mouth. Within a week of advertising, we had over 50 sign-ups. I’m not sure if people were registering for the class or for the margs, but I’ll take it! We offered plenty of apps, served up drinks on our cute custom coasters, and placed our signature yellow folder (with worksheets inside!) at each seat.

It is such an honor to teach — and I find it hard to believe that Chris and I have been doing it since 2015. This event was our final in-person class of 2023. If you missed out, not to worry. We have lots up our sleeve for 2024!
